Accessibility Statement.
This site should work for everyone — whatever device, browser, or assistive technology you bring to it.
Our Standard
Built Toward WCAG 2.2 AA.
We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA — the current W3C recommendation — which also satisfies the WCAG 2.1 AA standard most accessibility laws and settlements reference. Accessibility is treated as part of the site’s quality bar, not an afterthought: every design change is reviewed against it before it ships.
Concretely, this site is built with: text and interface colors checked for sufficient contrast; full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link, visible focus outlines, menus that open on keyboard focus, and an Escape key that closes the mobile menu; semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers; descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and empty alternative text on purely decorative ones; forms with visible labels, error messages, and clear notices; animation that is disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion; support for Windows high-contrast (forced colors) mode; text that reflows without horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels and at 200% zoom; and layouts that adapt from small phones to large desktop screens.
How We Test
Automated Checks, Then Human Ones.
Every page is run through automated accessibility testing (axe-core and Lighthouse) at fifteen viewport widths from 320 to 1920 pixels, followed by a manual keyboard-only pass and screen-reader spot checks in NVDA with Firefox and VoiceOver with Safari. The most recent full evaluation was completed on September 9, 2026.
Known Limitations
What We Know About, Plainly.
The role explorer on the Careers page is an interactive tool that requires JavaScript; a plain email alternative is printed beside it. Some decorative motion (parallax and image reveals) depends on your browser and is fully removed when reduced motion is requested. If you find anything else, we would rather hear about it than guess.
Honesty Clause
Testing Never Really Ends.
We audit the site regularly with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes, and we fix what we find. Even so, no website is perfect for every combination of technology, and a page may occasionally fall short of the standard we hold ourselves to.
