Our Standard

Built Toward WCAG 2.1 AA.

We design and test this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the site’s quality bar, not an afterthought — every design change is reviewed against it.

Concretely, this site is built with: text and interface colors checked for sufficient contrast; full keyboard operability, including a skip-to-content link, visible focus outlines, and menus that open on keyboard focus; semantic headings and landmarks for screen readers; descriptive alternative text on images; forms with proper labels; animation that is disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion; and layouts that adapt from small phones to large desktop screens.

We audit the site regularly with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader passes, and we fix what we find. Even so, no website is perfect for every combination of technology, and a page may occasionally fall short of the standard we hold ourselves to.
